Recently I did not have much public availability, apart from some ongoing projects and recurring meetings with some of my clients. First, some detailed info, and then (a very short) storytime 🙂
My public availability has only one option now. 90 minute calls for 75 usd. I almost never had a call where 60 minutes were enough. So I decided to make this my new default. 🙂 (If you are in an ongoing project with me, you can ignore this info.)

Also, as most of you know, I am horrible at replying to emails, but great at showing up for scheduled meetings 😀 So to help you with short questions, I’m opening up Public, PWYC (Pay What You Can/Want) Office Hours. These are basically group calls, where we have 10-15 mins to discuss one person’s question, and there is usually a goldmine of extra wisdom from the experience or questions of the other people on the call. I’ve been running these non-publicly (as a free bonus for https://marketingforhippies.com members) for more than a year now, and people have been loving the group aspect of these! And what’s also important for a business-owner’s perspective, I love the group energy at these calls too! =) Link to my Public Office Hours

And now a bit of storytime:

I have 2 young kids as you might know, and kindergarten germs and viruses are the No.1 cause for my business slowing down 🦠 haha.

But next to that what has not been easy, has been taking a lot of energy, but was also worthwile: I have investigated into some of my long-term blocks and challenges in my life, and as it turns out I have Asperger type Autism, and Attention Deficit only ADHD (so no hyperactivity). And I wasn’t only diagnosed, I started therapy for them too. I must say – the best investment of my life! It sure is a long process. Probably years. But it has already helped me tremendously. I’m telling you this because most solo entrepreneurs are also neurodivergent people. More of us than we’d think. Being neurodivergent often leads people to an entrepreneurial career track. Most of my active clients are also neurodivergent. Some are diagnosed, some are not, some don’t even know about their neurodivergent traits yet…. 😀

Anyhow… My point is: Hiring a therapist for a longer period of time is actually a GREAT business investment too! We need business-coaches to get us there. Although building the positive is key, but it’s not what life is all about. Sometimes we are stuck, even in our businesses, because it would be time to face/heal the negative!
